Architecture
Based on the german HOAI, we offer the performance phases 1-9.
In other words, architectural services from start to finish.
Nevertheless, building codes and regulations vary per city and country, therefore,
our primary focus is the architectural design and depending on the location of the project, we offer all the architectural development phases by closely working with local authorities and partners.
Interior Architecture
Our interior design department offers tailored-made interior spaces that crate unique experiences. Our primary focus is the development of a concept, the selection of proper materials, surfaces, color coding and lighting.
If you are a developer, we offer all the necessary documentation for the implementation phase and gladly work together with your own team.
Corporate Image
For many companies, corporate architecture is part of their corporate identity. It represents the business philosophy in the form of architectural structures and interior spaces. The architectural language, the plan, building materials, color coding and the setting are key aspects for this purpose.
Sustainability
We work together with a pool of Auditors from the DGNB (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen) to prepare the proper documentation in order to achieve the desired building certifications. Certifications offers many benefits and serve as a warranty through a set of very strict guidelines.
Urban Planning
With a focus on urban districts and neighbourhoods we aim to create sustainable, liveable districts in which a good quality of life is considered and the stakeholders can feel comfortable without compromising the climate nor the environment. A central topic is the focus on mobility, circular economy and the promotion of biodiversity.
3D + Virtual Experience
3D Models not only helps us throughout the design phase, but it is also a very efficient communication tool that allows all the stakeholders to participate pro-actively in the decision making and enables the desired results.
It also offers a level of design depth that sketches or 2D plans cannot, while enabling an improved control over all the details of a project.
